Stacey Lash, PT, MPT, WCS

Physical Therapist and Founder

Stacey has practiced as a physical therapist for over 25 years in the Detroit area. She specializes in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunctions, such as pelvic pain, bowel and bladder incontinence, bedwetting, diastasis recti, chronic pain syndromes due to endometriosis or surgical adhesions in the pelvic and abdominal region, chronic constipation, and pelvic floor pain often mimicking symptoms of prostatitis. Stacey also treats prolapse discomfort, lower back pain and pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy and postpartum, and painful intercourse. 

Stacey received her Master's of Physical Therapy from Oakland University. Stacey is a Board Certified Specialist in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy. As of July 2017, there were only 14 Board Certified Specialists in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy in the State of Michigan. Stacey is passionate about educating her patients and providing them with excellent care in a relaxed and professional setting.

In her spare time, Stacey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out and traveling.

Shelley Nimmoor, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Shelley has been practicing physical therapy for 18 years and has specialized specifically in pregnancy/postpartum and pelvic floor dysfunction for the past 8 years. She received her Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy from the American Physical Therapy Association in 2018. She is passionate about helping people living with pelvic pain, incontinence or pregnancy/postpartum issues learn to live happier, healthier lives. 

Shelley received her Bachelor of Science in Health Fitness and Rehabilitation in 2000 from Central Michigan University. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Michigan-Flint in 2004. 

In her free time, Shelley enjoys spending time with her family and vacationing in northern Michigan. Shelley is an active soccer mom, and volunteer at her children’s school.
